At Allevate Health, we offer cutting-edge ketamine therapy in a professional and compassionate environment to help you overcome treatment-resistant conditions.

For Depression, anxiety and PTSD the cost is $600* per infusion.
* Pricing varies by location

We recommend a series of 6 initiation infusions over a period of 2-4 weeks.

For chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, CRPS/RSD the infusions will be for a longer period with higher doses of ketamine.

Supportive Medications: If necessary, we provide medications such as anti-nausea treatments, blood pressure management, or allergy support to ensure a smooth experience.

						Thank you isn’t enough. Allevate team with their ketamine is the only thing that has given me any type of pain relief from my Crps! Office is always clear, staff is warm and welcoming and has been there for me. I highly recommend them! I had ketamine with another doctor without any type of pain relief and very unpleasant side effects so I was nervous to give ketamine another type. But Im very happy I did. The right doctors and environment do make a difference!!!
					
							They have a beautiful facility and patient rooms, and are very kind and talk you through the entire process. They responded very well to any concerns we raised and have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
