Dr. Deepti Varma is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She completed her General Psychiatry residency at UMDNJ-Rutgers, Newark in 2008, followed by a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMDNJ-Rutgers, Newark in 2010.
Following her training, Dr. Varma worked with CPC Behavioral Healthcare, where she dedicated many years to treating children and adolescents from underserved communities. Her work focused on improving access to mental health care and supporting families facing complex social and emotional challenges.
Since 2021, Dr. Varma has been in private practice, where she provides comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach to treatment is primarily pharmacological, while also incorporating a holistic perspective that considers social determinants of health, lifestyle factors, and functional approaches to support overall mental wellness.

Vikram Varma, MD, MBA, FACEP is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in New Jersey, now focused on interventional psychiatry and the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD).
His emergency medicine background, including early leadership of opioid recovery programs in Ocean and Monmouth County, gave him a firsthand view of the mental health crisis and deepened his commitment to expanding access to evidence-based psychiatric care.
Combining clinical expertise with an MBA, Dr. Varma is dedicated to bringing interventional psychiatry solutions, including ketamine, esketamine, and TMS therapies, to patients who have not found relief through conventional treatments.
Cristal Bardales-Foster is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care to individuals, families, and communities. She specializes in supporting clients navigating trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Throughout her career, Cristal has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
